Ex-Army Engineer Cops To $4M In Iraqi Contract Bribes

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 10:53 PM ET) -- A former engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers admitted in New Jersey federal court Friday he had accepted at least $3.7 million in bribes and kickbacks in connection with the award of more than $50 million in government construction contracts in Iraq.
