Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 4:34 PM ET) -- A former New Jersey schools superintendent was sentenced to more than 11 years in federal prison on Friday for taking bribes to influence school district insurance contracts, U.S. Attorney Paul Fish said.
Michael J. Ritacco, 66, the former chief of the Toms River Regional School District in Ocean County, pled guilty in April to mail fraud and conspiracy to defraud the IRS.
