Judge Tosses FCA Suit Over Purdue's OxyContin

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 12:09 PM ET) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Friday put the kibosh on a qui tam lawsuit accusing Purdue Pharma LP of falsely marketing its painkiller OxyContin, ruling that the Fourth Circuit's dismissal of an identical suit by the relator's husband barred the case.
