Hospital Accuses US Of Ignoring Past Ruling In FCA Case

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 4:16 PM ET) -- Tuomey Healthcare Systems Inc. on Friday fought the U.S. government's bid for judgment on some of its claims in a doctor compensation False Claims Act suit, saying it clashed with a ruling that nixed a previous $45 million judgment in the case.
