Quorum Health Seeks KO In Ex-Exec's FCA Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 4:09 PM ET) -- Quorum Health Resources LLC and a former executive filed competing bids for summary judgment in Tennessee federal court Monday, in a suit claiming the executive was fired in retaliation for speaking up about a hospital's alleged False Claims Act violations and other financial irregularities.
