Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 7:44 PM ET) -- A contractor trade group objected to the U.S. Defense Department's policy on payment of overhead costs on service contracts Thursday, saying the Pentagon is misapplying a 2011 law in a way that limits legitimate exceptions and reduces overhead rates that have already been negotiated.
