Pax Loses Sanctions Bid In Afghan Contractor Fight

Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 7:41 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge on Wednesday rejected security contractor Pax Mondial Ltd.'s bid to sanction rival Afghan Resources Group for allegedly violating a court order in a contract suit over Pax's purchase of an ARG subsidiary, finding ARG was not in contempt of the order.
