Reopen $500M Pentagon Contract, Tech Co. Urges Fed. Circ.

Law360, Washington (October 04, 2012, 4:51 PM ET) -- Comint Services Corp. pushed a Federal Circuit panel on Thursday to reopen the bidding process for a $500 million information technology services contract with the U.S. Department of Defense, saying the government should have given the company an opportunity to revise its bid after the contract terms were amended.
