GAO Nixes Okla. St. Protest Of Air Force Munitions Contract

Law360, New York (October 05, 2012, 6:51 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied Oklahoma State University's protest of a $45 million contract to supply the Air Force with munitions manuals awarded to Applied Research Associates Inc., ruling in a decision it released Friday that the Air Force had not given ARA preferential treatment.
