Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 6:58 PM ET) -- Perkins Coie LLP has hired a Wiley Rein LLP attorney to rejoin the firm's Washington office as a partner in the government contracts practice group, the firm said.
Martin P. Willard had previously practiced at Perkins Coie from 1988 through 2005, and is just the latest addition in a robust period of growth for the firm, which has added 32 lateral partners this year, the firm said Oct. 9.
