Medicare Fraud Suspects Often Hospitals, Suppliers: GAO

Law360, New York (October 09, 2012, 7:00 PM ET) -- Of the thousands of criminal cases against alleged Medicare and Medicaid fraudsters, medical facilities and equipment suppliers account for 40 percent of criminal cases, according to a report released Tuesday by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
