Law360, New York (October 09, 2012, 9:29 PM ET) -- An Alabama federal judge on Tuesday sentenced a former defense contractor involved in a $23 million scheme to manipulate U.S. Army contracts in Iraq to more than two years in prison and ordered him to pay $1.1 million in restitution.
