Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 6:02 PM ET) -- Louisiana-based MB Industries LLC on Tuesday sued its former counsel Patton Boggs LLP, hired to help secure government contracts and international work, for allegedly representing a rival company and two former employees who joined the competitor.
In a suit filed in Washington federal court, MBI says Patton Boggs breached its agreement with the company when it marketed Hunter Buildings & Manufacturing LP, which hired ex-MBI employees Milo Nickel and Thomas LeBlanc, while MBI was still a client of the firm.
