NY Dorm Authority Sued Over $40.5M Project Delays

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 6:48 PM ET) -- Building facade engineering and construction contractor Enclos Corp. on Tuesday sued the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, claiming delays in a $40.5 million college building exterior construction project cost it several million dollars.
