Ship Repair Co. Fights Navy's $4.6M Damages Bill

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 5:49 PM ET) -- A ship repair contractor hit the U.S. Department of the Navy with a suit Wednesday in Florida federal court, alleging it didn't owe the government $4.6 million for supposedly performing negligent and defective work on the engine of a propeller.
