GOP Sens. Want Report On $77M CMS Anti-Fraud Program

Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- Two Republican senators on Monday urged the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to quickly provide a detailed analysis of a $77 million Medicare fraud prevention system implemented last year, saying the agency had missed a legally mandated deadline for a public report on the program.
