Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 2:59 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal jury on Friday awarded a former University of Virginia scientist $819,000 in his False Claims Act suit accusing two university administrators of retaliating against him for blowing the whistle on alleged misuse of a National Institutes of Health grant.
