Contractor's Overrun Suit To Get Texas High Court Review

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 6:44 PM ET) -- Texas' highest court agreed Friday to consider whether builders who suffer economic losses on government contracts can seek damages from the design professionals behind the projects in a negligent misrepresentation case filed by a contractor who lost money on a Dallas light-rail project.
