BAE Says Whistleblowers' Fraud Suit Lacks Specifics

Law360, Los Angeles (February 25, 2013, 10:56 PM ET) -- BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc. urged a Michigan federal judge Friday to throw out a whistleblower suit accusing the defense contractor of using insider information to overcharge the Army for a weapons study, saying the complaint lacks detailed allegations required by the False Claims Act.
