Law360, New York (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Boston Scientific has announced it received a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with the agency's investigation of the marketing of bile-duct stents, less than a week after Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Cordis Corp. and Abbott Laboratories made similar announcements.
In its 10-Q form filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, Boston Scientific said it received a subpoena in June from the U.S. attorney's office in Massachusetts.
