Reckitt Benckiser Sues Watson Again Over Mucinex

Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Reckitt Benckiser Inc. has filed another lawsuit against Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. over the generic-drug maker's attempts to make its own version of the blockbuster cough treatment Mucinex.

The U.K.-based health care products company filed suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York accusing Watson and Watson Laboratories Inc.-Florida of infringing two patents for the drug.
