Judge Tinkers With Class In Nurse Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The judge presiding over an antitrust suit in which nurses in upstate New York have accused several area hospitals of conspiring to keep nurses' salaries artificially low has narrowed the scope of his previously granted certifications for two settlement classes.
