Law360, New York (May 28, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted a request to re-examine a Merck & Co. patent covering blockbuster allergy drug Singulair that is at the center of a patent dispute between the company and generic drugmaker Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
