Law360, New York (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Purdue Pharma LP has resolved patent infringement litigation against specialty pharmaceutical firm KV Pharmaceutical Co. and agreed to permit KV to launch generic versions of painkiller OxyContin for a limited time in the United States.
St. Louis-based KV said Wednesday the settlement brought an end to Purdue’s three lawsuits against it in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
