Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Medical device maker Galil Medical Ltd. is continuing its legal blitz over its failed merger with Endocare Inc., filing a lawsuit that seeks to enjoin HealthTronics Inc. from pursuing the object of its affection just weeks after suing Endocare itself in a bid to prevent the two companies from combining.
