Law360, New York (March 10, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- Pfizer Inc. intends to file a patent infringement lawsuit "shortly" against an unspecified company that is seeking to market a generic version of its Detrol incontinence drug, the drug maker said in a regulatory filing this week.
In its annual report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Pfizer said another manufacturer told Pfizer in February that it had filed an abbreviated new drug application with U.S. Food and Drug Administration seeking approval to market a generic form of Detrol, used to treat overactive bladder conditions....
