Law360, New York (July 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- AstraZeneca LP is demanding that the judge overseeing the product liability litigation involving Seroquel limit further fact discovery to just the diabetes injury claims, arguing that the plaintiffs have had plenty of time to pursue discovery related to other injuries purportedly caused by the antipsychotic drug.
