Law360, New York (July 22, 2009, 6:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has sent a letter to Abbott Laboratories accusing it of overstating the efficacy of its HIV drug Kaletra, minimizing the drug's risks and including unsubstantiated claims in a promotional DVD featuring a testimonial from Magic Johnson.
