Boston Scientific Stent Patent Spat Booted From Del.

Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 2:57 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected Boston Scientific Corp.'s attempt to litigate a dispute over inventor W. Henry Wall's cardiovascular stent patent in Delaware, ruling that the court lacks personal jurisdiction over the Texas holding company for Wall's patent.

Judge Sue Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware dismissed Boston Scientific's declaratory action against Wall Cardiovascular Technology LLC and Cardio Holdings LLC on Monday.
