CVS, Others Hit With Suit Over Generics Prices

Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 5:28 PM ET) -- Two Minnesota-based employee health funds have accused CVS Pharmacy Inc., Walgreen Co., Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and other pharmacies of overcharging customers for generic drugs, illegally hiking up prices instead of passing on the discounts they receive in the acquisition of generics to consumers.
