Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 7:04 PM ET) -- A subsidiary of patent-holding company Acacia Research Corp. has resolved its suit against AGFA Healthcare Corp., ending the companies' patent spat over medical imaging technology.
Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Friday dismissed with prejudice all pending claims and counterclaims between AGFA and Hospital Systems Corp.
The ruling formalizes a settlement agreement first announced in July.
