Sanofi-Sun Settlement In Eloxatin Suit Ruled Valid

Law360, New York (October 06, 2009, 7:14 PM ET) -- A judge has ruled that Sanofi-Aventis is bound to a settlement agreement it reached with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in a patent infringement suit over generic versions of Sanofi’s popular colon cancer drug Eloxatin, even though it failed to sign the agreement.
