Cigna To Pay For Poor Notice Of Pension Overhaul

Law360, New York (October 07, 2009, 4:34 PM ET) -- Cigna Corp. has lost a challenge to a court's order awarding additional pension benefits to employees who sued the health care giant more than eight years ago in a class action over changes to the company's retirement plan.
