Inequitable Conduct Still In Play In Crestor Suit

Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 6:38 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge has recommended that a court hold off on ruling whether AstraZeneca PLC procured a patent for cholesterol drug Crestor through inequitable conduct, potentially sending the issue to trial in an intellectual property dispute between the pharmaceutical giant and generics makers.
