J&J, Swiss Co. End OneTouch Counterfeit Feud

Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 1:44 PM ET) -- Corporate Advice Management Services AG is the latest to settle with Johnson & Johnson in a massive trademark action accusing more than 100 companies of conspiring to sell counterfeit boxes of J&J's LifeScan OneTouch blood glucose test strips.

Judge Sandra L. Townes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York signed off on Monday on a consent judgment and permanent injunction barring CAMS and its president, John Cornille, from infringing J&J's OneTouch trademarks.
