Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 3:10 PM ET) -- Hologic Inc. has asked a federal judge to reconsider a decision allowing Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc. to pursue claims that the women's health company willfully violated three patents related to a breast biopsy test, arguing that no evidence exists to show that Hologic knew of the patents prior to the suit.
