Law360, New York (February 08, 2010, 5:27 PM ET) -- The plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation over Johnson & Johnson's popular birth control patch Ortho Evra are asking a federal court to reconsider limits the court placed on contact with their physicians.
On Friday, the plaintiffs filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio requesting reconsideration of restrictions on physician contact placed last month at the request of J&J and co-defendant Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical Inc.
