Law360, New York (April 01, 2010, 12:00 PM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on a $20 million settlement between Eli Lilly & Co. and the state of Louisiana in the multidistrict product liability litigation over Eli Lilly's off-label promotion of its antipsychotic Zyprexa, the latest in a string of the drugmaker's deals with state attorneys general.
The consent judgment entered in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on Wednesday leaves Eli Lilly off the hook for any admission of wrongdoing.
