Law360, New York (April 01, 2010, 3:46 PM ET) -- A federal judge has awarded a Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. unit summary judgment in its infringement suit against Watson Laboratories Inc. over a patent for oral contraceptive Seasonique.
Judge Larry R. Hicks of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada awarded summary judgment Wednesday to Teva Women's Health Inc., formerly known as Duramed Pharmaceuticals Inc., in the suit over U.S. Patent Number 7,320,969.
