Effects Of Proposed Medicare Changes Disputed

Law360, New York (January 11, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- As the U.S. House of Representatives prepares to consider a bill changing the Medicare law, the acting director of the Congressional Budget Office has said that requiring the federal government to negotiate Medicare drug prices would not save money as proponents have long contended.
