Law360, New York (January 12, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A U.S. House of Representatives bill requiring the government to negotiate directly with drug companies to obtain lower drug prices is likely to encounter a presidential veto, leading some legislators to favor another plan.
Sens.
