Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 3:19 PM ET) -- Three former plaintiffs in a fen-phen product liability mass tort have accused their former lawyer and his firm, Fleming & Associates LLP, of illegally charging them $29 million in fees for echocardiograms that were performed on tens of thousands of potential clients who did not join the suit.
