Aetna Wants To Rep End Payers In Wellbutrin MDL

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 7:03 PM ET) -- Aetna Inc. asked a court on Thursday to let it intervene as a class plaintiff on behalf of end payers in the antitrust multidistrict litigation over antidepressant Wellbutrin XL.
