Law360, New York (June 03, 2010, 3:07 PM ET) -- Axiom Worldwide Inc. has lost a lawsuit over injuries caused by an allegedly dangerous “spinal decompression” machine because the medical device maker did not bother to hire new counsel after its attorney quit.
The company lost the breach of warranty and consumer fraud suit by a default judgment approved Wednesday by Judge William H. Walls of the U.S. District of Court for the District New Jersey.
