Law360, New York (June 10, 2010, 1:10 PM ET) -- The magistrate judge overseeing the Neurontin off-label marketing litigation has expressed doubts about whether Boone Law Firm PA can handle its 292-plaintiff caseload, pointing out that another plaintiffs firm is seeking to dismiss half of its 80 cases.
Magistrate Judge Leo T. Sorokin of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Wednesday ordered the Boone firm and the Law Offices of Newton B. Schwartz Sr., which represents 122 plaintiffs, to form a plan to end their cases by April 2012.
