Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 2:35 PM ET) -- I-Flow Corp. has struck a settlement with defendants Apex Medical Technologies Inc. and Zone Medical LLC in a patent infringement suit over a medical infusion pump, following what could have been a $9.6 million judgment in favor of the plaintiff.
