Smith & Nephew Wins Ban On Arthrex Surgery Device

Law360, New York (June 21, 2010, 3:08 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted medical device maker Smith & Nephew PLC a permanent injunction on top of the $5.2 million infringement award in its suit against rival Arthrex Inc., but allowed the defendant to continue selling the knee surgery device pending an appeal.
