Law360, New York (June 24, 2010, 6:20 PM ET) -- American Healthcare Inc. has agreed to a stop using Johnson & Johnson's OneTouch marks on blood glucose strips, becoming the latest defendant to resolve a trademark infringement suit the health care products maker brought against more than 100 companies.
American Healthcare agreed Wednesday to a consent judgment filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York enjoining it from using any OneTouch trademarks on counterfeit or repackaged products.
