Law360, New York (July 12, 2010, 4:41 PM ET) -- Medical products maker C.B. Fleet Co. Inc. has agreed to settle all claims in multidistrict litigation brought by patients who claimed its sodium phosphate colon cleansers caused kidney problems.
Lynchburg, Va.-based Fleet, its insurers and the plaintiffs executive committee have agreed to end the litigation over the safety of over-the-counter Fleet Phospho-soda, according to an order filed Friday by Judge Dan Aaron Polster of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
