Bayer Sues To Halt Lupin From Making Generic Yaz

Law360, New York (July 16, 2010, 5:48 PM ET) -- Lupin Ltd. has become the latest drugmaker targeted in Bayer Schering Pharma AG's attempt to block the release of generic versions of its birth control pill Yaz.
